In fact, climate is going to be bigger than the Internet.  So how to build your career in this new world? to answer this critical question we sat down with Ashuman Tapma, serial entrepreneur and founder of Terra.do, the global platform for learning and working in climate.

In Episode 13,  Anshuman shared his rich insights on how to find, upskill for and land climate and sustainability positions across a wide range of functions. He reflects on his journey of moving from tech to social impact in order to address the largest collective challenge of all: climate.

Lastly, he shared his lessons of working as a leader in the social impact space and offered tips of how professionals and students can move towards using their skills and training for people and the planet.
